Hydrogen policy & strategy consultant (Türkiye)
Women in Green Hydrogen gives visibility to experts who often work behind the scenes on policy and project preparation. It connects women from emerging markets like Türkiye with global peers, investors and role models, which accelerates an inclusive hydrogen deployment.
Tuğba Onur Dalgöğüsoğlu is a hydrogen strategy and technology consultant based in Ankara and the founder of HyVise, a spin-off advisory focused on green hydrogen projects, policy design and capacity building in Türkiye. She has contributed to the Türkiye Clean Hydrogen Action Plan (CHAP) on governance, finance, demand creation and certification, working with MENR, TENMAK and international partners. Previously she managed R&D and EPC-related projects on hydrogen, cryogenics and industrial decarbonisation at TEKSİS and IMTEK Cryogenics. Tuğba’s work bridges policy, engineering and market development: she prepares feasibility studies, supports investors in identifying bankable projects, and delivers “Hydrogen 101” and thematic trainings for public institutions, utilities and industry. She is particularly interested in linking hydrogen with ETS/CBAM, green taxonomy and hard-to-abate sectors (steel, cement, fertiliser). She speaks English at C1–C2 level.
