Traci Kraus

Traci Kraus is a leading advocate for hydrogen and fuel cells in the US and globally. She works with Members of Congress and the Administration to promote policies the encourage accelerated adoption of these decarbonizing technologies.

The Women in Green Hydrogen Network is important because it highlights the incredible work women are doing to advance decarbonizing technology globally. In a field where women have traditionally been underrepresented, providing a platform for connection elevates the people and the work.

Traci Kraus is a Director of Government Relations at Cummins Inc. She represents Cummins as a Co-Chair of the Regulatory Project Team on the Hydrogen Council and the Chair of the Truck and Engine Manufacturer’s Association Public Policy Committee. She also leads advocacy for Cummins' Engine, Research and Technology, New Power, Power Systems and Components business units, and focuses on hydrogen, energy, environment, transportation and budget legislative and regulatory issues. Prior to joining Cummins, Traci worked for U.S. Senator Russ Feingold. She has a Master’s in Public Administration from the George Washington University and B.A.s in Government and Politics and Communication from the University of Maryland in College Park. She is originally from Chicago, and now lives outside of Washington, D.C. with her husband and two children.
