Nathalie Couët is the founder of Couët Strategic Advisors Inc., a boutique commercial strategy firm specializing in go-to-market architecture and commercialization strategy for frontier technology companies. She works primarily with seed to Series A ventures in climate tech, deep tech, dual-use, and critical infrastructure sectors navigating complex B2B and B2G markets.
With 16+ years of experience across SaaS, hardware, publishing, and finance — and an academic background in bioanthropology and archaeogenetics — Nathalie brings an unusual combination of analytical rigour and commercial instinct to some of the most technically complex markets in the energy transition.
Her active client roster includes HYDGEN, an electrolyzer commercialization company targeting APAC markets, where she leads channel partner strategy across four commercial verticals. She is embedded as a senior commercial partner rather than a traditional external consultant, building multi-year relationships with the companies she advises.
