I am a professional specialized in identifying, developing and managing business opportunities. Following my work in international media for the energy sector I developed a true passion for sustainability, green energy solutions and hydrogen. I want to use my network, experience and knowledge in business development, government relations, high level networking, sales, marketing and project management to add value in our global mission to decarbonize our environment.
It's important to empower each other and share ideas, information and our passion for clean energy solutions, like hydrogen. I believe we are stronger together and we can play a significant role to reach net 0 emissions by 2050. Let's do this together!
I was born and raised in Transilvania, Romania. I graduated in Management, followed by a masters in Business Communication and PR. Soon after graduation I opened my own agency in PR and communication. When I was 26 I decided to join an international media organization specialized in energy reports and executive events. I traveled and lived for work in various countries from Africa and Middle East, including Nigeria, Ghana, Oman, UAE. What an experience! It was a roller coaster of events and opportunities, having the chance to engage with key decision makers of the energy industry globally. However after 7 years of intense work and travel, I was burnout. Together with my Brazilian husband we decided to quit our jobs and put life and meaning into perspective. We took a sabbatical journey. We travelled from Alaska to Argentina for a year in an expedition truck, living tremendous nature experiences, wildlife encounters and built lifetime friendships. This adventure opened our hearts and minds and made us more connected with the nature and aware of the importance to preserve it. We also conceived our first baby boy on the road and life took a new dimension.We are living now in Cartagena, Colombia and keep trying to figure balance in life.
I am interested to play a role in decarbonizing the environment and I believe hydrogen plays a big part of it. I want to be connected, informed and use my previous experience and network in energy to add value in our pursuit of reaching net 0 emissions by 2050.
With my current job at New Energy Events, building communication bridges and programs in hydrogen, I feel part of a community that tries to make a difference in preserving and protecting our nature.
