Founder of GMZ Enerji-developing nanofiber membranes for electrolysis and fuel cells
I will be very happy to meet women working on hydrogen energy, to be together and to share my experiences.
Gamze KARANFIL KAÇMAZ graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering. She also received her master's degree in Chemical Engineering and changed her field during her doctoral studies, receiving her doctorate in Mechanical Engineering.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gamze KARANFIL KAÇMAZ has been working on projects related to hydrogen energy and fuel cell systems since 2009, and also works in the field of energy efficiency with her Industrial Survey-Project Certificate.
In 2021, she started working on turning his projects into practice with the GMZ Enerji company that founded with the grant by Entrepreneurship Support Program.
GMZ Enerji develops membranes in nanofiber form for electrolyzer and fuel cell systems with the grant support it received from Turkey's leading institutions.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gamze KARANFIL KACMAZ was the only start-up founder from Turkey accepted in the first call of the Empowomen program funded by the European Union.
