Dalia Majumder-Russell

I am a partner in the Energy & Climate Change team in a global law firm, CMS. I specialise in complex process power and renewable projects. Over the last 10 years I have worked across Europe, Africa and North America on a wide range of renewable energy transactions, commercial agreements and the regulatory frameworks within which renewable projects operate. I am passionate about the decarbonisation agenda across the energy, heat and transport sectors, and therefore have a particular focus on carbon capture usage and storage (CCUS) and hydrogen technologies.

The Women in Green Hydrogen is an important way to make sure the knowledge and best practice in the developing hydrogen sector is captured and shared amongst women interested in using hydrogen to avert the adverse impacts of climate change.

Partner (Energy & Climate Change), CMS

I am a energy sector lawyer who has worked on renewable projects and energy transition infrastructure all of my legal career. Today I focus on structuring (green and blue) hydrogen projects, regulation to support their deployments and commercial contracts.
