Women's skills, expertise and voices are important in achieving gender-just energy transitions that will help realize global climate goals. As women work as project managers, in energy funding initiatives, and even as end-users of hydrogen derivatives, their participation and contributions are paramount. Networking, sharing experiences and knowledge can help us empower each other in this journey to realize a gender-just energy transition. This platform by highlighting expertise and knowledge of women in hydrogen, also strategically positions such women's voices in discussions on green hydrogen. It positions women to influence policies that integrate the gender equality dimension in the journey towards gender-just energy transitions.
