Diversity and sustainable aviation champion

Airbus ZEROe Market and Customer Strategist
Toulouse

As a young leader in the hydrogen aviation industry, I am passionate about making a difference both to the sustainability of aviation and to the diversity of our sector.

Coming from a technical background, I completed my Bachelors degree with Honours in Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand, and quickly fell into the strategy space, taking a role at Air New Zealand as a Fleet Strategy Specialist. Through this time period I worked on Air New Zealand's Next Gen Aircraft strategy as well as led the Auckland Future Leaders in Tech group and Air New Zealand's Women in Engineering network, finding my purpose both as a sustainability and a diversity champion.

In March 2024, I took the next big leap in my career and moved to Toulouse, France to join Airbus as a Market and Customer Strategist for the ZEROe team. Here I now lead the Asia Pacific region and work with airlines to build their strategy for hydrogen aircraft as well as to take their feedback to inform Airbus' strategic direction for ZEROe.
