Currently working in Equinor as Senior Regulatory and Policy analyst for gas and low carbon solutions.

Alessia has several years of experience in the energy sector, specifically in gas and hydrogen regulation, built in both the private sector and at the institutional level.

Before Equinor, she worked in ENTSOG (European Network of Transmission System Operators), focused on monitoring and analysing the implementation EU-wide technical and operational rules for accessing gas infrastructures and on future gas market design. Prior in Edison (part of EDF Group) as Market & Policy Analyst in the Gas Midstream Division, dealing with regulatory activities, as well as providing market insights to the Division. Earlier on, Alessia joined the European Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) working as a trainee in the Gas Infrastructures Team. While in ACER she worked on monitoring cross-border infrastructures and network development related topics. Prior to ACER, she worked in Accenture as Business Strategy Analyst, providing consulting and project management services to major energy companies.

Alessia holds a Post-graduate professional Master in Energy Resources Management and a Master’s Degree in Construction Engineering from Polytechnic University of Bari.
