Ahlam ENNOUHI is an engineer with extensive experience in developing renewable energy, water desalination and green hydrogen projects.

She started her career in 2010 in the Formula 1 at the Renault F1 Team as Risk Engineer before moving to the hydraulic Division of the Group Electricité De France (EDF) in Paris.

In 2013, she joined the Moroccan subsidiary of EDF Renewables group where she had different positions, before joining the Group Engie as Senior Business Developer for North Africa. In 2023, she founded Energenius, a strategic consulting firm to assist investors seeking strategic guidance for their development in Morocco and Africa and aiming to decarbonize their industry.

During her carrier, Ahlam was involved in the development and the financing of strategic projects to support Morocco in its energy transition and water desalination program. Since 2021, she is involved in the development of green hydrogen project in the south of Morocco.

Very active in community life, she has carried out several projects for access to water and energy in landlocked areas of the kingdom. She advocates for the protection of the environment and for the economic empowerment of rural women.

Ahlam ENNOUHI holds a diploma in Industrial Risk Engineering from the Polytechnic School of Grenoble, an MBA in Strategic Management and Competitive Intelligence from “Ecole de Guerre Economique” of Paris and is certified by the Moroccan Institute of Administrators as an independent board member.

She is board member of Morocco Future Energy Leaders, member of the World Energy Council.
