She advises companies in the field of energy law. Her work focuses on battery storage projects, PPAs, grid connection issues and REMIT obligations as well as other regulatory matters.
She particularly focusses on questions relating to green hydrogen. This includes advising on regulatory requirements, electricity supply contracts for electrolysis and the certification of green hydrogen. She also advises on greenhouse gas quota trading.
Veronika has been a lawyer at Osborne Clarke since 2024. She previously worked as a lawyer in the area of sustainability. As a lecturer, she trains companies in dealing with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, and further occasionally is active as a speaker in the field of renewable energies, often with a focus on hydrogen.
