I am the Deputy Managing Director of LIFTE H2 GmbH. I help to run the German entity of the organization (with the HQ in Boston, US.). I manage local operations: HR, finance, administration, and support LIFTE development in Germany.
Previously, for over a decade, I worked in the startup ecosystem, building and managing teams in B2B startups; with a strong focus on marketing and PR.
I support founders in people management, company operations, fundraising, budget management, as well as in creating and implementing a marketing strategy, launching products to the market, building global brands, pivot and crisis communication.
I also co-founded and run the Polish Berlin Tech community.
