Ms. Peacock is the Managing Director of EcoEngineers’ office in California and leads the fast-growing hydrogen sector. She helps clients develop, optimize, and implement decarbonization strategies and develop clean energy projects, combining the customers’ unique situation with local and global regulatory drivers.

A well-known clean energy champion, Ms. Peacock, currently serves as Chair of the California Hydrogen Business Council. She played a key role in the development of foundational clean energy and climate policies such as California’s renewable gas standard and cap and trade program.

Prior to joining EcoEngineers, Ms. Peacock led the California Policy and Government Affairs team at Bloom Energy. Her focus was on decarbonization pathways, clean hydrogen opportunities, and distributed energy policy. Prior to that, she led policy and rates teams at Sempra Energy and SoCalGas.

Ms. Peacock’s team in California reflects EcoEngineers’ abilities at its headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa. EcoEngineers’ multidisciplinary team educates, supports asset development, conducts life-cycle analysis modeling, audits, ensures compliance, and conducts technical and market due diligence studies focused on the energy transition.
