University of Oulu / PhD researcher
Oulu

I am a doctoral researcher in Process Engineering at the University of Oulu, working in the Fibre and Particle Engineering Research Unit under the supervision of Associate Professor Tero Luukkonen. My research focuses on hydrogen production from a geological perspective, aiming to reproduce natural hydrogen-generating reactions in the laboratory.

I hold a Master’s degree in Sustainable Chemistry from the University of Oulu, Finland. With a strong background in chemistry and further specialization in sustainability, green chemistry, and hydrometallurgy, I aim to bridge the gap between chemistry and engineering in the context of clean energy research. My goal is to contribute to sustainable and innovative approaches for future energy systems.

Honored to receive the Best Poster Presentation Award at the Hydrogen Research Forum Finland (H2FINLAND): Annual Seminar 2025, held on 29–30 October at Tampere University. My poster titled “Orange Hydrogen Production Using Fayalite Slag as a Side Stream” was presented during the seminar.
