It is important to build a network because women are generally shy to reach out for discussion or ask for help so this platform allows women to gain/share knowledge and help each other in this new growing field.
I have total 15years of experience (India + 7years in United States+ 6months in Germany). I started my career as GTE in Siemens and have grown since then. I have worked in fields like engineering (program manager), manufacturing and sales. Presently i am business development manager at sustainable energy system team (in India), dealing with Hydrogen and Power to X.
