Saule Zholdayakova

Acting Head of Hydrogen Energy Competence Center, Head of Hydrogen Technologies Research Laboratory at KMG Engineering, Kazakhstan.

"Educate Women, Educate Generation" is my favorite phrase. I strongly believe, that with gender equality, we can transfer to the energy transition.

Hydrogen energy is a new direction, compare to the traditional oil and gas sector. Therefore, men have had a main role from the last century.

We have a chance to change the energy situation in the world by increasing women in this sector. Being a part of Women in Green Hydrogen gives me a chance to learn more about others' experiences. Furthermore, developing hydrogen energy in Central Asia is necessary to learn more about international experiences and integrate with them.
