Dr. Rozeta Karova is a Senior Energy Lawyer at the Energy Community Secretariat, with an expertise in energy market liberalisation, electricity market design and energy transition. She has strong interest in energy sector integration and is a member of the Energy Community Secretariat's project teams on hydrogen and gender equality.
She has advised the Energy Community Contracting Parties and Eastern Partnership countries on drafting primary and secondary legislation.
Rozeta Karova is certified Negotiator Facilitator and has published a lot on approximation and implementation of energy acquis.
She holds LL.M in European Business Law from Leiden University and a Ph.D in law from the European University Institute in Florence.
