With +28 years of professional experience in the energy industry, Roxana has worked for top-level entities in both public and private sectors. Roxana’s global trajectory includes projects related to +40 countries in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia and South America. Combining her expertise in law and business, Roxana has influenced regulatory regimes, participated in designing and structuring industry models and evaluated investment competitiveness. Roxana’s negotiation skills have allowed her to navigate complex projects, enabling the realization of new opportunities and the optimization of operations through the integration of synergistic value chains. As an Independent Consultant, Roxana actively engages in the advancement of the energy transition.
Roxana holds a Law degree from the Universidad de Lima, a Master’s Degree in Comparative Law from the University of Michigan (USA), an MBA from Rice University (USA) and a Diploma in Renewable Energies from the Universidad Austral (Argentina). Complementing her experience, Roxana has pursued numerous studies and training programs related to law, business, value chains, renewable energy and energy transition including training from OLADE (Latin America Energy Organization) on sustainable energy development, energy efficiency, design of public policies, production, storage and transport of hydrogen. Roxana participates, facilitates discussions, or delivers presentations on energy transition matters. She is a member of the Hydrogen Taskforce of the Association of International Energy Negotiators and is currently pursuing a Hydrogen Expert Certificate at the Renewable Energy Institute. Roxana is a Peruvian national and is fluent in both Spanish and English.
