Rose de Lannoy is active in the field of renewable hydrogen for the international utility Group ENGIE since 2018. Her expertise is on public affairs, focusing on European policies and subsidy schemes.

In her previous role Rose steered research programs on CO2 valorisation and Carbon Capture and Storage.

Rose has also a deep understanding of GHG markets; she participated in the design of the European Emissions trading scheme and steered the implementation of CO2 markets (international and European) within the utility group.

Rose was representative & board member in international and European organisations such as Climate KIC, Zero Emissions Platform, Global CCS Institute. Today she is board member of CO2 Value Europe and is active in Hydrogen Europe WGs' on policies and financing.

Rose holds a master degree in law and a post-graduate in environment from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
