Patrícia Baptista is Principal Researcher at IN+ Center for Innovation, Technology and Policy Research. She received the Chemistry degree in 2006 and the Ph.D. degree in Sustainable Energy Systems in 2011 from Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon, Portugal.

Her main research topics have been on the transition to low-carbon systems, with special focus on the energy and environmental impacts of transports, by combining real world monitoring and numerical tools. In more detail, these activities focus on vehicle performance design/optimization and life-cycle assessment of energy carriers and technologies, including the role of green hydrogen towards decarbonization.
