Natalia Westhaeuser

I carry more than 25 years of experience in strategy, sales and supply chain management within Siemens and Siemens Energy with focus on the commercialization of future-oriented technologies and digital transformation. My experience spans various geographies and technology solutions covering green hydrogen, energy transition as well as robotics process automation. Before joining Siemens Energy in February 2020 I was heading strategy and business development at Siemens AG Corporate Technology Research in Energy and Electronics. From 2014 till 2018, I was leading the global center of excellence for robotics process automation and the shared services delivery center in the Czech Republic and was acting as program director for digitalization at Global Services. My previous positions were head of the project procurement department for Low and Medium Voltage division and strategy and business development head for inhouse SCM consulting unit. From 2006 to 2009, I was chief of staff for two Executive Board members of Siemens AG. From 1997 to 2006 I held several positions within Siemens Mobile Communications including sales and project management responsibility for different regions.
