Dr. Michelle Lillian May Goliath is a visionary Sustainable Development Specialist and internationally recognized strategist in urban and regional planning, gender equity, and inclusive infrastructure. With a PhD in Sustainable Development and over a decade of cross-sectoral experience, she has led transformative research and policy innovation for organizations including the ILO, UNDP, IGF, GTZ, and Sida. Her expertise spans Mining and Energy country sector skills policy development. ESG strategy, mining reform, and gender-responsive operations across the SADC region.
