Maryna Hritsyshyna is a Senior Expert Regulatory Affairs in Hydrogenious LOHC Technologies. She has more than 10 years’ experience in the energy sector and specializes in renewable energy projects and energy markets. Maryna focuses on the regulatory issues of hydrogen, certification schemes for hydrogen and renewables, electricity and gas markets and legal regulation of the new technologies in the energy sector. She has experience of supporting all legal issues connected with construction of renewable energy projects. Responsible for providing legal support to complex projects in the renewable energy sector, she has extensive experience of drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including wind turbine supply and installation agreements, turnkey agreements (including, EPC under FIDIC forms), service agreements, and re-negotiations of existing contracts.
