Advancing a sustainable energy future working at the intersection between research and materials science
The world has one future, and collaboration among the main participants to reach a sustainable energy landscape is the only way. Women have been shown to reach agreements faster and to bring different perspectives to the table. If we are in the center of this transition, I strongly believe the outcome will be better.
Hydrogen was present at the beginning of my career, when I worked for a start-up company in Chicago that had a process to obtain hydrogen off-grid. Afterwards, I moved to Gas Technology Institute, where I have focused on the delivery of natural gas and the issues associated with the natural gas infrastructure. Currently I'm focusing more on developing results from the materials in the utilities infrastructure so that they can inject hydrogen in their systems safely.
