I am a researcher working on a sustainable production of green hydrogen in Europe and the MENA region.
After my Master study's in Energy and Environmental Management, I planned wind farms in northern Germany for three years. At a certain time, I decided to leave the private sector and start working as a researcher at the University in Flensburg. Since than, I am working on topics such as the transition towards 100% renewable energies. In 2022, I did a research semester on the topic of "sustainable production of green hydrogen", to develop sustainability criteria for the production of green hydrogen. In the meanwhile, I have expanded my research topics to the analysis of hydrogen studies and the import of hydrogen from countries of the global south.
