I lead institutional relations at Acciona & Nordex Green Hydrogen, advancing green energy projects. I bridge technical, legal, and political environments to foster investment, sustainability, and impactful partnerships that drive the energy transition in complex regulatory contexts.
The women’s network in green hydrogen is essential to ensuring a just, inclusive energy transition with a gender perspective. These spaces help highlight female talent in a growing industry and create role models that inspire future generations.
Diversity in decision-making strengthens the quality of public policy, project development, and investment strategies. Bringing together different perspectives—technical, social, territorial, and gender-based—not only enhances the legitimacy of the industry but also drives more sustainable and innovative solutions.
Finally, these networks foster community, mentorship, and collaboration among women from different countries, disciplines, and backgrounds—an essential foundation for addressing complex challenges such as market development, regulation, and social acceptance of green hydrogen.
Lawyer specialized in the development of energy and infrastructure projects across Latin America, with a strong track record in institutional leadership, complex contractual structuring, corporate governance, and regulatory affairs. I currently lead Institutional Relations and Public Affairs for Latin America at Acciona & Nordex Green Hydrogen, driving forward pioneering projects in green hydrogen, BESS, and hybrid energy systems with a strategic and regional perspective.
My career spans key positions in global companies such as Enel Green Power and Acciona Energía, as well as in the public sector at the Ministry of Public Works of Chile, enabling me to integrate public-private approaches in highly dynamic and regulated environments.
I hold an LL.M. in Regulatory Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and executive education from IESE Business School (New York) and ESE Business School at Universidad de los Andes, equipping me with a solid foundation in strategic management, sustainability, and risk governance.
I create value by bridging the technical and legal development of projects with the institutional and regulatory landscape, enabling investment and long-term sustainable growth. I work with a collaborative mindset, anticipating policy shifts and building strategic alliances to accelerate the energy transition in the region.
