Academic background in Environment and Resource Management (MSc) and International Relations (BA)
10 years work experience in sustainability strategy consulting, business development and project management. Started my career at EY serving international corporate clients in sustainability strategy, reporting and impact management. Subsequently I joined an impact scale-up for sustainability employee engagement technology as business developer and strategic account manager developing commercial skills. In the past few years I have been working in sustainability strategy consulting again serving public sector clients. Projects include Hydrogen Valley Estonia stratey development, public-private partnerships in the energy transition and integration of regional manufacturing SME’s in hydrogen value chain.
