I am a partner and director, overseeing GME’s Energy Development & Sustainability division, with more than 25 years of expertise in power and natural gas markets, with a primary focus on emerging economies. I specialize in power market structures, economic fundamentals, and regulatory frameworks, demand and price forecasting, investment project valuation, and analysis of supply contracts.
I have cultivated extensive experience leading market-related studies in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa. In recent years, I am primarily focusing on critical aspects tied to the energy transition, actively engaging in topics like renewable energy and the development of low-carbon hydrogen solutions.

Master’s degree in International and Development Economics from Yale University, Connecticut, US.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
