Research has shown that diversity in the workplace leads to better decision-making, increased innovation, and improved financial performance. By promoting gender diversity and equality, the Women in Green Hydrogen Network could ultimately benefit the entire green hydrogen industry by bringing in fresh perspectives, new ideas, and a wider talent pool.

Currently, I am finishing my master’s degree in environmental sciences at the Fraunhofer UMSICHT, focusing on water treatment technologies for electrolysis. Before moving to Brussels, I have lived in France, Germany, China and New Zealand while working in the fields of energy efficiency, solar-powered water treatment, and sustainable water provision for communities and agriculture.
