Research has shown that diversity in the workplace leads to better decision-making, increased innovation, and improved financial performance. By promoting gender diversity and equality, the Women in Green Hydrogen Network could ultimately benefit the entire green hydrogen industry by bringing in fresh perspectives, new ideas, and a wider talent pool.
Within HER, I coordinate the Working Group on Low TRL Research and represent HER in EU projects such as HYPERION and SET4H2. Before moving to Brussels, I lived in France, Germany, China, and New Zealand while working in energy efficiency, solar-powered water treatment, and sustainable water provision for communities and agriculture.
