With 25+ years experience in the energy and chemical industries and in leadership development, I have recently focused my passion towards coaching, mentoring and running team building workshops and Green Hydrogen. My international exposure, having worked in more than 20 countries has provided me with a wealth of experience and hands on knowledge which I love to share with the clients who partner with me on their own leadership journeys.

I have set up and led multiple women’s networks and am an international speaker on topics that include renewable energy and diversity.

I am also an experienced Programme & Commercial Director with a deep knowledge of the downstream Oil & Gas sector and most recently headed up several global PMO’s (Program Management Offices)
