When I started my recruitment career 10 years ago, focussed on senior roles within manufacturing and supply chain in the traditional downstream sector, I was immediately aware of (and disappointed by) how few women I spoke with on a daily basis. With green hydrogen and its derivatives creating the opportunity for a cleaner industrial space (something I didn't think I'd see in my lifetime!), it also offers the opportunity to leave the antiquated views of 'male' and 'female' jobs behind.
