Hajer Ben Charrada is a strategic leader with over seven years of experience in the power and utilities industry across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. She has a proven track record of success in supporting strategic decisions, leading transformation programs, and integrating complex businesses.
Hajer is currently a Manager in Strategy and Generation Portfolio Management at TAQA, where she recently led the integration of Masdar, a major renewable energy and green hydrogen player. She has also held positions at AFRY, innogy (RWE), and Siemens.
Hajer has a deep understanding of the energy sector and expertise across the value chain, from power production, trading, and transmission to distribution and retail. She is passionate about using her skills and experience to drive the transition to a more sustainable energy future.
