Green hydrogen is going to play a major role in the energy transition and to make its deployment as sustainable as possible many perspectives need to be heard. The WigH2 network allows the voices of a diverse group of women worldwide to be louder and to be heard.
After my studies of Energy and Environmental Management and a Master's Thesis about "Market coupling in day-ahead electricity markets in Europe", I started working in the operations department at Greenpeace Energy. I have worked on renewable electricity and the integration of H2 production sides into a portfolio.
I am using my energy transition experience in my new role as Advisor strategy and principles of energy policies at Hamburger Energiewerke. Here I am working on renewable energy and green hydrogen policies. Hamburger Energiewerke is owned by the City of Hamburger and the biggest enabler of the local energy transition.
