I am working in a start-up in the green hydrogen energy sector, where my role is to ensure that our technology is ahead of the market by bringing innovation and establishing connections with academia. Before this, I contributed to the fundamental science in academia: as a PhD student, postdoctoral researcher and then as a scientist.
I want to ensure that women have a strong position in energy sector and chemical industry. I contribute to this by being a role model for young scientists and entrepreneurs.
I develop science-based solutions for safe and efficient transportation and storage of green hydrogen for energy purposes. My goal is to take science out of the lab and deliver life-changing technology to our society. I have a broad experience in academia: I hold a PhD degree in chemical engineering with a focus on material synthesis and characterization and a postdoctoral experience in electrochemical energy storage and conversion.
I am also a co-founder and coordinator of an online mentorship program for young scientists Sci.STEPS.
