Dr Mukesh Kumari

Dr. Mukesh Kumari Presently, is an Assistant Professor in Chemistry Department, NIMS University and Visiting Professor of University of Bordeaux, France. She received her Ph.D in Hydrogen Energy from University of Rajasthan in 2016. She has been doing research in the area of Synthesis and characterization of light weight metal hydride for hydrogen storage and Study the effect of catalyst /additive on hydrogenation properties of MgH2 and batteries. She has also done M.Phil (Energy), M.Sc (Organic Chemistry) from University of Rajasthan and NET & GATE qualified. She also worked as a Junior Research Fellow (Jan. 2010-march 2013), Ministry of New and Renewable Energy Resources (MNRE) India. She also received ICTP, TRILL FELLOWSHIP, Italy for 6 months (3rd April to 19 September 2018) and (1st April 2020 to 30 September 2020). Published more than 14 papers on peer Reviewed, Scopus indexed international journals and conference proceedings. Presented paper in International and national conferences mainly Nanoinnovation 2018 conference and exhibition, 11-14 Sep. 2018, Rome , Italy and 15th International Symposium on Metal- Hydrogen Systems (MH-2016), LMER-EPFL, Switzerland (2016). She Organized an International Conference on “Emerging Trends in Science and Technology (ICETST-2022)” as a Convener and some seminars. She is Reviewer of International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, Chemical Engineering Journal and some other Journals. She is Member of the Material Research Society of India and Vigyan Bharti.

After Ph.d working as an Assistant Professor and involved in research areas of developing materials for Hydrogen energy storage, Hydrogen production and Battery. She also worked as a Research Fellow in ENEA Casaccia Research Centre, Italy. She is author of more than 16 papers on peer Reviewed, Scopus indexed international journals. Reviewer of International Journals (IJHE), Presented Papers in many International, National Conferences. Member of the Material Research Society of India and Vigyan Bharti.
