Doctor in Law, expert in regulation of prosumers, distributed generation, renewable energy, energy transition and currently researching in legal issues regarding the integration of green hydrogen into the energy system of Colombia and Latam. I made part of the consultant team who develop the roadmap for hydrogen in Colombia, especially the legal and regulatory aspects.
