Coline is engineer in energy and environment from the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon (France) and has a master’s in economy and policy of energy and environment. She has 15 years of experience in the energy sector, with focus on energy transition projects and modeling of energy systems for European, Latin American and African countries.

She worked for 7 years at RTE (Réseau de Transport d'Electricité), a subsidiary of EDF (Electricité de France) on long-term electricity planning and transmission grid studies.

Since 2015, she joined GME (Grupo Mercados Energéticos) where she has been actively involved in thematics such as energy planning, and green hydrogen. In particular, she recently contributed to the public report “Decarbonisation & Allocation scenarios for Low Emission Hydrogen and Power-to-X in Argentina”, an in-depth analysis on energy transition scenarios, GH2 and PtX in Argentina.
