Ceres Cavalcanti (DSc.) is a senior engineer and economist, with experience in energy polices, regulation and planning. She worked at the Energy Ministry and government Thing Thank in the construction and management of several Plans, Programs and Government Policies, like plans and roadmaps on Hydrogen published since 2005 by the Brazilian government. She coordinated several strategic vision and evaluation studies in the area of energy and innovation. He was a member of official government committees and international institutions. He has more than 20 published books, 30 technical projects, participated in more than 17 Plans published by the Brazilian government and in several national and international consultancies. Today she is on the team of the Danish company Niras as coordinator of the Structuring Conditions Project that is part of the H2 Brazil Program, partnership between the Brazilian and German governments. She coordinates planning, regulation, economic evaluation and financial mechanisms activities.
