I am an attorney specializing in state, environmental and energy regulations, matters on which I advise developers of green hydrogen projects. In particular, that legal advice includes review of territorial compatibility of the projects, permits required to develop them and their environmental variables.
WiGH allows women working in the Green Hydrogen industry to share our expertise and know-how, facilitating a network among women specialists and incresasing our visibility.
I have extensive experience providing legal advice to clients from different industries in their relations with public agencies, among others, power generation and transmission companies.
I have a law degree from Universidad Austral de Chile and an LL.M. from the University of Chicago.
Since 2023 I have been a partner at González, Guzmán & Matthei Abogados. Previously, I worked at Barros Silva Varela y Vigil Abogados as an associate between 2014 and 2021, and as Director of the Regulatory Law area from 2021 to 2023.
