Astrid S. Gottwald

As mentor and strategic advisor, i offer personal support and advice to entrepreneurs, in particular in high stress situations. I perceive human capital as a fundamental element in creating a reliable and long-lasting organization and achieving business objectives. Utilizing the know-how I have gained from working with Fortune 500 companies, I have been able to create teams and advisory boards from the very beginning for (industrial) startups. Leveraging my extensive international network, i am positioned to provide insights into diverse talent markets and help forge beneficial relationships for future growth.

As the energy sector continues its shift towards sustainability, having a network in the green hydrogen industry becomes crucial for gaining key insights and fostering cooperation in this fast-evolving field. It is vital for women to establish networks early on to secure their positions in an industry that is expected to create large wealth (where women typically are underrepresented).
