Christina Scalzo

Christina Scalzo is a Principal at Vision Ridge Partners. Prior to joining Vision Ridge, Christina was Vice President of M&A and Strategy at Vistra, where she was responsible for the origination, evaluation, and execution of strategic and innovative opportunities. Christina has held corporate development and principal investment roles at SemGroup, Bregal Energy, and Energy Capital Partners. Christina began her career in investment banking on the Natural Resources team at Goldman Sachs.

Throughout her career, Christina has focused on energy, power, renewables and related new technologies. Christina has experience in mergers and acquisitions, project development, financing, corporate planning, portfolio company management, sustainability, and innovation. Christina received a B.S. in Economics, with concentrations in Finance, Global Analysis, and Management, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
