As a woman working in the energy sector, I deeply appreciate the need for representation. With over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, Tatiana is a highly skilled professional who has seamlessly transitioned from a successful career in Oil and Gas to become a leading figure in the energy transition. Specializing in the management of innovation in sustainable energy systems, Tatiana brings a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and commercial acumen to the growing field of renewable energy.
Currently, Tatiana serves as a Senior Project Manager at NEC, where she plays a pivotal role in two groundbreaking European green hydrogen flagship projects. As part of the HeaveNN initiative in the Northern Netherlands and the Green Hysland project on the Island of Mallorca, Tatiana is helping to shape the future of hydrogen infrastructure in Europe. Both projects are supported by the Clean Hydrogen Partnership and aim to create the first European hydrogen valleys, positioning Europe at the forefront of the global green hydrogen economy.
In addition to her EU flagship projects, Tatiana is also a key contributor to the INTERREG-funded Linking Hydrogen Power Potentials project. This initiative seeks to build a robust green hydrogen ecosystem across the North Sea region (Denmark, Germany, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands), fostering cross-border collaboration among industry stakeholders and driving the transition to a low-carbon economy.
Tatiana holds a European MSc in Sustainable Energy Systems Management from Hanze University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, where she specialized in Energy Systems Innovation Management. Her deep technical knowledge, combined with her extensive experience in international energy projects, makes her a trusted leader in the development and management of innovative energy solutions.
With a strong focus on sustainability and an unwavering commitment to achieving carbon neutrality, Tatiana continues to be at the forefront of shaping a greener, more sustainable future for the energy sector.
