As a woman working in the energy sector, I deeply appreciate the need for representation. The network provides a valuable platform where women professionals can connect, share their experiences, and uplift one another. By actively participating, I contribute to breaking down gender barriers and promoting diversity within the industry.
Tatiana, an accomplished energy sector professional with 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, is now shifting her focus to contribute to society as an energy professional with a strong emphasis on sustainability, all while maintaining her commercial mindset.
She holds a European MSc degree in Sustainable Energy Systems Management from Hanze University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, specializing in Energy Systems Innovation Management. In her current role as a Senior Hydrogen Engineer, Tatiana actively participates in two European green hydrogen flagship projects. These projects aim to develop the first European energy valley in the Northern Netherlands (HeaveNN) and establish a H2 Ecosystem on the Island of Mallorca (Green Hysland). Both initiatives receive support from the Clean Hydrogen Partnership (CHP).
