Cheroline Ripunda

Cheroline Ripunda is a dynamic and results-driven project developer at Hyphen Hydrogen Energy, where she leads permitting for one of Africa’s largest green hydrogen projects. With a strong foundation in electrical and electronic engineering, she brings technical expertise, policy insight, and strategic thinking to energy and infrastructure development. Her previous roles include serving as an investment and strategy analyst at the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board, where she worked on unlocking land and water constraints for large-scale investments, and as a professional assistant to presidential advisors in the Office of the President, supporting national green hydrogen initiatives and cross-sector policy alignment.
