Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Tajik Technical University

"Women for Green Hydrogen" is important for women of Tajikistan because it is an activity aimed at continuing life on earth. Life is the most important thing for all people, especially for women, who continue its existence. Green hydrogen is clean energy, necessary for the development of industry and energy, at the same time clean ecology, without emissions of pollutants into the environment and especially into the atmosphere, which at the present stage is alarming. With the development of technology and technology, it is necessary to develop the use of environmentally friendly types of energy, which include green hydrogen.

Tajik Technical University, professor
Dushanbe

In 1986, after graduating from the Tajik Technical University, she remained to work at the university as an assistant in the Department of “Metal Technology”. In 1990, she entered graduate school and successfully defended her PhD thesis in 1993. In 2002, she defended her doctoral thesis and was awarded the title of Doctor of Technical Sciences. In 2000, Zumrat Gaibullaeva was appointed Dean of the Faculty of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy, in 2004, by the Decree of the President of Tajikistan, she was appointed Deputy Minister of Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, in 2006 she was appointed Head of the Department of International Relations of the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, and in 2015 she was appointed Dean of the Faculty of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy. In 2016, Zumrat Gaibullaeva was appointed Dean of the Faculty of Innovative Technologies of TTU. Currently, she is a professor at the faculty of "Chemical technology and metallurgy".

She is a specialist in the chemistry of hydrogen compounds. Results have been obtained in the chemistry of light metal hydrides and energy-intensive substances. The research results made it possible to identify and substantiate the mechanism, patterns of occurrence and direction of many reactions. Her scientific interests include the chemistry of energy-intensive substances, technology of inorganic materials, and chemical ecology. She took an active part in joint scientific developments in the field of radioactive safety: technology for processing uranium-containing materials, assessment of the radiation hazard of Tajikistan regions. She is the author of more than 200 scientific papers and 4 copyright certificates of the USSR, 22 inventions of Eurasia and Tajikistan. Some scientific developments have been implemented in industrial production: the Adrasan mining and processing plant and the Isfara hydrometallurgical plant. Excellent public education worker, winner of the Gold medal of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
