The green hydrogen transition needs diverse perspectives to succeed — including those of women. We need inclusive innovation, collaboration, and leadership to build resilient and equitable energy systems

LUT University, Project Manager

,

I currently work in academia, focusing on the Power-to-X (PtX) economy, green electrification, and sustainable energy ecosystems. My research centers on the development of collaborative ecosystems and stakeholder engagement – the PtX economy cannot emerge without cross-sectoral cooperation. I have expertise in energy systems and their development, as well as the evolving PtX economy. With a strong background in global industry, I also bring experience in leadership, change management, and senior stakeholder collaboration. I'm passionate about making science and knowledge accessible beyond academia to support impactful energy transitions.
