Jena Lococo has 8+ years of experience working across the energy industry. Having cultivated sustainable and clean energy experiences through diverse roles in industry, policy, and consulting, she has tackled climate challenges from multiple angles.
Jena currently serves as the Chief of Staff for NovoHydrogen, a green hydrogen project developer based in Golden, CO, where she spearheads initiatives, streamlines company processes, and supports the achievement of organizational objectives. Prior to NovoHydrogen, Jena’s previous positions included being a sustainability consultant at McKinsey & Company, policy program manager at ClearPath, and environmental engineer at ExxonMobil.
Jena holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering as well as a Professional Engineering license.
