Experience shared by mentor Abir Yahyaoui

“For me, participating in this mentoring program for the first time was an incredibly rewarding experience. I had the opportunity to provide valuable guidance to help my mentee Beya navigate the competitive world of green hydrogen, assisting her in developing her professional network, honing her technical skills, and building confidence. Simultaneously, I gained fresh perspectives and insights from my mentee, which enriched my own understanding and approach to challenges in the field.

Experience shared by mentee Rosa Munde

The WiGH mentorship program has been a game-changer for me. With the guidance and support of my mentor, I have been able to overcome significant challenges and secure funding through the “Youth for Green Hydrogen in Namibia” program. This opportunity has allowed me to pursue a Master’s degree at Namibia University. I completed my coursework and am currently in Germany to complete my thesis.

I am immensely grateful for the unwavering support and encouragement and invaluable guidance my mentor has provided me. Sima dedication and belief in my potential have been instrumental in my success. I am excited about my future and the possibilities ahead.
