Dr. eng. Raluca- Andreea Felseghi is a Civil Engineer and Independent Researcher, she graduated from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Building Services. Starting in 2011, she attended the postgraduate work (PhD) within Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and obtained a Doctoral Diploma in a fundamental field: Engineering Sciences, Civil Engineering. As part of the doctoral studies, the main research thrust was related to the implementation and use of hydrogen fuel cell technologies in energy-efficient buildings.

Currently, she is an Assistant Professor at the Mechanical Engineering Department, Faculty of Automotive, Mechatronics, and Mechanical Engineering, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.

At the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, "Ştefan cel Mare" University of Suceava, Romania, was involved in a research project that aimed to integrate hydrogen energy into the electricity supply systems of the electric vehicles charging stations (Smart conductive charging station, fixed and mobile, for electric propulsion transportation: SMiLE-EV). She conducted practical research in the field of hydrogen energy at a center with a reputation for hydrogen research, the National Research and Development Institute for Cryogenics and Isotopic Technologies, Rm. Valcea, Romania. Also, she was the head of the research, development and innovation department of ACI S.A., one of the main economic operators in Romania, with extensive experience in civil and industrial constructions and concerns in the direction of eco-responsibility, consumption efficiency, and the adoption of clean technologies in construction (residential, educational, sports, industrial, commercial buildings). She is particularly interested in energy efficiency of buildings, stationary renewable energy applications, fuel cell hydrogen technology, hybrid power generation systems, and the impact of alternative energy on the environment. She is president of the Scientific, Innovation and Technical Education Commission and secretary of the Romanian Association of Building Services Engineering (AIIR) - Transylvania Branch and member of Romanian Association for Hydrogen Energy (AEHR) - secretary of the Cluj-Napoca Branch.
