On 16 February 2024, the organisational team members of Women in Green Hydrogen met at an annual meeting and elected the first WiGH Board. After the establishment of WiGH as an NGO in October 2023, an interim board covered the time until the annual meeting. The election of the Board now sets the stage for new developments and priorities this year.

Priorities for 2024
This year, Women in Green Hydrogen will focus on these four pillars:
- Fundraising to secure resources to maintain the network and to expand and improve activities
- Setting up new governance structures to ensure a consistent flow of communication between teams, especially in the wake of newly emerging chapters in Latin America, Africa, France, Brussels, …
- Ensuring a consistent flow of communication and information within the network
- Creating quality guidelines: e.g. for chapters, events, speaking engagements.
